Cookie policy
Last updated: 5 November 2026
This page describes the cookies and similar tools used by this website, run by Dimore Italiane S.r.l. unipersonale (data controller; contact details in the privacy notice), in accordance with Article 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's guidelines of 10 June 2021.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser to remember information between pages or visits. Similar tools (localStorage, pixels) work in a comparable way and are treated the same.
How we handle consent
- On your first visit a banner lets you accept, reject or choose category by category. Closing the banner with the X means rejecting.
- Before you choose, the site only uses technical cookies: Google Analytics, third-party maps and videos are not loaded.
- Your choice lasts 180 days, after which we ask again; we only ask earlier if we add new services or purposes.
- You can change your mind at any time from the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page or the button above.
- We log your choice (accepted categories, date, policy version) with a random identifier stored in the
cookie_consentcookie, without your IP address, so that we can demonstrate it as required by the GDPR.

Google Analytics 4
We use Google Analytics 4 only with your consent, configured to minimise data: Google Signals and ad personalisation disabled, no sharing with Google's advertising services, cookie lifetime reduced to 6 months, limited retention of statistics in the service settings. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Besides withdrawing consent in the cookie settings, you can block Google Analytics on all websites by installing Google's opt-out browser add-on.
Maps and videos
Google Maps maps and YouTube and Vimeo videos are only loaded if you have accepted “external content” or click on the individual box: at that point the provider receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, according to its privacy notice. YouTube is embedded in “privacy-enhanced mode” (youtube-nocookie.com) and Vimeo with the “do not track” option. The interactive maps on property pages use OpenStreetMap, which sets no cookies.
Links to our social profiles (Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) are plain links: no social network button or widget is loaded on our pages. Opening them takes you to the social network's site, where its own privacy notice applies.
Managing cookies in your browser
Besides the preferences on this site, you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Safari on iPhone and iPad, Opera. If you block technical cookies some features, such as sending forms, may not work.
